The Bauchi State government has been urged to implement reform document developed by stakeholders in the public sector aimed at ensuring transparency and good governance in the state.

Governors of Delta, Rivers and Akwa Ibom states, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, Nyesom Wike and Emmanuel Udom, respectively, have resolved to work for the interest of the nation.
Rising from a meeting, the three governors stated that the meeting was in the interest of the nation and to boost economic activities in the South South.

Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has said that host communities of Independent Power Plants (IPP) must be first line beneficiaries of the projects.
The governor spoke in Asaba, while welcoming the top management of Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) and stakeholders from Okpai Community in Ndokwa East Local Government Area.
