Bitter leadership tussles is currently rocking Divine Mandate Pastors(DMP), an umbrella body of clerics who worked for the election of Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, during the 2015 general election.

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday engaged in a series of meetings with some former leaders of the National Assembly at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Some of those who met with the President behind closed doors were two former Presidents of the Senate, David Mark and Ken Nnamani as well as a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Masari.

 The immidiate past Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase, in Abuja on Monday, July 18, 2016, described as lies the allegation by his successor, Idris  Ibrahim, that he took away 24 police vehicles.

 He advised Idris to cross-check his handover notes which contains every information needed by his successor on vehicles.
