Delta State government has approved a five-year football development programme aimed at going back to the grassroots to catch them young as it was done years back.

The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Monday Ovwigho Igbuya, has said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has given his assent to 13 out of the 17 bills so far passed by the House.
