The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Monday Ovwigho Igbuya, has said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has given his assent to 13 out of the 17 bills so far passed by the House.

He also praised the lawmakers for what he described as reasonable contributions to the development of the state.
