.Orders take-off of Warri Trailers’ Park, Delta signs MoU with investors

 

 

To reduce travellers’ nightmare at Umunede axis of the Benin-Asaba expressway, Delta State government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of a multi-million naira park.

Guinness Nigeria Plc on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, received the approval of its shareholders for a proposed Rights Issue at its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM).

 The meeting which held in Lagos was attended by local shareholders and representatives of international shareholders.

 Besides the Rights Issue, all other company resolutions were passed at the event.

Delta State Governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, has said that the ongoing upgrade of facilities at the Asaba International Airport will make it one of the best in the country.

The governor made the assurance when he paid an unscheduled visit to the airport.
