Breaking: Army withdraws troops from Kanu’s home


Nigerian Army on Wednesday morning, September 13, 2917, withdrew its troops and armourd vehicles from the country home of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, in Afara-Uku, Umuahia, Abia State.
Kanu, who was supposed to be under house arrest, was said to have left his house late last night, while the three-day curfew declared by the state government lingers.
Meanwhile, the state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has scheduled a meeting in Umuahia on Thursday, September 14, 2017, with all the market leaders in Umuahia and Aba to brainstorm on the way forward for the state after IPOB-military clash on Sunday.
